Is the use of trading robots and expert advisors allowed?
Legend, Flash, and Black Challenges:
There are no restrictions on the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or trading robots in these challenges, even if more than two users are using the same EA or robot.
Peak Scalping Challenge:
Only capital management EAs can be used, and trading robots are completely prohibited.
Funded Accounts and Live Challenge Accounts:
Using a trading robot by two or more users on funded and live challenge accounts is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of the involved accounts.
Peak Scalping Funded Accounts:
As with the challenge rules, only capital management EAs are allowed, and trading robots are completely prohibited.
General Conditions:
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Users") who wish to use Expert Advisors ("EAs") on their funded accounts at FORFX.
1.2. By using an EA on your funded account, you agree to comply with these Terms.
EA Registration and Approval:
2.1. Before using any EA on your funded account, you must register the EA with FORFX by emailing support@forfx.com with the following information:
- EA name
- EA brand or provider
- EA strategy
- Specific EA configuration settings
- Symbols that the EA will use
2.2. EA registration is subject to review and approval by FORFX. You must receive written approval from FORFX before using the EA on your funded account.
Use of Unregistered EAs:
3.1. Using an EA on a funded account without registering it and receiving approval from FORFX is strictly prohibited.
3.2. If FORFX detects that you are using an unregistered EA, FORFX reserves the right to immediately terminate your funded account.
User Responsibilities:
4.1. The user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the EA registration process is accurate and complete.
4.2. The user should not use any EA that has not been approved by FORFX on their funded account.
Violation and Termination:
5.1. Any violation of these terms, including the use of an unregistered EA, will result in the immediate termination of the funded account.
5.2. FORFX reserves the right to take any necessary actions, including legal actions, against users who violate these terms.
Amendments to the Terms:
6.1. FORFX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes to the terms will be communicated to users via email or the FORFX website.
6.2. Continuing to use an EA on a funded account after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
By using an EA on your funded account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
